Q1:How does the Online Recommendation System work? A1:After you fill out the recommender's information and name, the system will automatically send an email to your recommender. The recommender should open the link in the email to upload the recommendation or fill out the online recommendation before the deadline. Q2:Does that mean sending paper recommendation letters is not necessary? A2:Yes. Please DO NOT send paper recommendation letters to NTHU. Ensure your recommenders provide the recommendation letters online. Q3:Can applicants upload recommendation letters? A3:No. Recommendation letters must be provided to NTHU by the recommender directly. Please remind your recommender to complete the recommendation letter online before the deadline.
Q4:What if the recommender did not receive the notice from the Online Recommendation System? A4:If the recommender did not receive the notification email, please ask them to check their spam mailbox first. Alternatively, you can log in to the Online Application System to resend the notice. If the issue persists, please contact us for further assistance. |
