【Admission Announcement】2026 Fall Intake - International Semiconductor and IC Design Master's Program

The International Semiconductor and IC Design Master’s Program (Fall Intake) for the 2026 Academic Year has been officially approved by the Ministry of Education, Taiwan. Admissions information is now available.

Nationality	Applicants and their parents must all hold foreign nationality and have never held Taiwan Nationality.
Study Status in Taiwan	Must not have studied in Taiwan under the status of an Overseas Chinese student.
Eligibility for Reapplication	Those who have previously studied in Taiwan under the “Regulations Regarding International Students Undertaking Studies in Taiwan” may reapply and only once for NTHU undergraduate programs.
Applicants may not apply	Applicants may not apply for programs in Medicine, Dentistry, or Traditional Chinese Medicine.
Graduate programs	No such limitation applies to graduate programs.
