| 1. 基本資料：以下資料各準備 1 份並依序裝訂。 （1）報名表：由報名系統列印。 （2）學歷證明文件：須繳交在校歷年成績單影本（可不包含最後1學期）。 （3）財力證明：指由銀行所開立申請人本人、申請人父母、配偶或法定監護人之人民幣 10 萬元以上之存款證明，開立有效時間依當年度簡章為主。 2. 招生學校系所規定資料：申請人每報名 1 個招生學校系所志願，均須準備以下資料各 1 份並分別裝封。 （1）招生學校系所申請表：由報名系統列印。 （2）在校歷年成績單影本。 （3）招生學校系所規定應繳交之資料（請至陸聯會網站「招生學校招生資料查詢系統」查詢）。 |

Basic Information: Prepare 1 copy of the following documents and bind them in order: (1) Application Form: Printed from the registration system. (2) Educational Proof: Submit a copy of your transcript for all previous academic years (the final semester may be excluded). (3) Financial Proof: A bank-issued certificate proving a deposit of at least 100,000 RMB in the name of the applicant, applicant's parents, spouse, or legal guardian. The validity period of the certificate should follow the requirements outlined in the current year’s brochure.

Required Documents by the Enrolling Schools/Departments: For each school/department the applicant applies to, prepare 1 copy of the following documents and seal them separately: (1) School/Department Application Form: Printed from the registration system. (2) Transcript of All Previous Academic Years. (3) Documents Required by the Enrolling School/Department: Please refer to the "Admissions Information Query System" on the Mainland Affairs Council website for details.
