符合下列資格者，得依當年度簡章之規定申請來臺升學：

（一）報考博士班資格：
應屆畢業生戶籍所在地為大陸北京、上海、江蘇、浙江、福建、廣東、湖北及遼寧8省市之大陸地區人民，且具臺灣公立或已立案之私立大學校院碩士學位或具報考博士班同等學力資格。

（二）報考碩士班資格：
應屆畢業生戶籍所在地為大陸北京、上海、江蘇、浙江、福建、廣東、湖北及遼寧8省市之大陸地區人民，且具臺灣公立或已立案之私立大學校院學士學位或具報考碩士班同等學力資格。

（三）報考學士班資格：
以於109年4月7日停招。

Those who meet the following qualifications are eligible to apply for further studies in Taiwan in accordance with the regulations set out in the current year’s brochure:

Eligibility for Doctoral Program Application:
Applicants who are graduating in the current year, and whose household registration is from one of the eight provinces/cities in mainland China (Beijing, Shanghai, Jiangsu, Zhejiang, Fujian, Guangdong, Hubei, and Liaoning), must have a master's degree from a public or accredited private university in Taiwan, or possess equivalent qualifications to apply for a doctoral program.
Eligibility for Master's Program Application:
Applicants who are graduating in the current year, and whose household registration is from one of the eight provinces/cities in mainland China (Beijing, Shanghai, Jiangsu, Zhejiang, Fujian, Guangdong, Hubei, and Liaoning), must have a bachelor's degree from a public or accredited private university in Taiwan, or possess equivalent qualifications to apply for a master's program.
Eligibility for Bachelor's Program Application:
Applications for the bachelor's program were discontinued as of April 7, 2020.
