The Native Language Consultation Service offers online application consulting in Malaysian, Vietnamese, and Indonesian, aimed at assisting students whose first language is one of these languages. The service addresses inquiries related to the application process, school information, and other relevant issues. Students can ask questions through the website's live chat system during service hours (see table below) to receive guidance and share experiences from current NTHU students. Layanan konsultasi bahasa menyediakan layanan konsultasi pendaftaran online dalam bahasa Malaysia, Vietnam dan Indonesia, dengan tujuan untuk menjawab pertanyaan tentang prosedur pendaftaran, informasi sekolah dan pertanyaan terkait lainnya untuk siswa yang bahasa ibunya adalah ketiga bahasa tersebut. Siswa dapat mengajukan pertanyaan melalui sistem obrolan instan situs web selama jam layanan (lihat tabel di bawah) untuk mendapatkan berbagi pengalaman aplikasi dan bimbingan dari siswa Tsinghua saat ini. Tổ dịch vụ tư vấn ngôn ngữ bản ngữ tại trường Đại học Quốc lập Thanh Hoa hiện đã cung cấp dịch vụ tư vấn trực tuyến bằng tiếng Mã Lai, tiếng Việt và tiếng Indonesia, nhằm giải đáp các thắc mắc về quy trình nộp đơn vào trường, thông tin trường học và các vấn đề liên quan khác cho các ứng viên có ngôn ngữ mẹ đẻ là một trong ba ngôn ngữ này. Ứng viên có thể sử dụng hệ thống trò chuyện trực tiếp trên trang web trong thời gian phục vụ (xem bảng dưới đây) để nhận chia sẻ kinh nghiệm và hướng dẫn từ sinh viên hiện đang theo học tại Đại học Quốc lập Thanh Hoa. Chúng tôi hoan nghênh những ứng viên có nhu cầu liên hệ với chúng tôi bất cứ lúc nào trong thời gian phục vụ!
